Questions, bug reports, and feedback
The fastest way to reach us is support@photinerary.com.
Please include your device (iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Vision Pro), OS version, and, if it's related to a trip or shot plan going wrong, what you asked for and what happened instead. That's usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Does Photinerary need an internet connection?
Mostly not. Your saved locations, shots and journal entries are
on your device, and the sun and moon times are worked out there
too. Looking up new places, routes and tides needs a connection,
and so does drafting a trip with the AI planner.
Where does the AI trip planner send my data?
Nowhere. Drafts are written by Apple's on-device model, so your
prompt, locations and plans aren't sent to us or to any other AI
service.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. It syncs through your own iCloud account, the same way your
other apps' data does.
Do I need an account?
No. Planning trips, saving locations and everything the tools do
work without signing in. You need an account to browse, favorite
and suggest Community places, to share a trip or shot, and to let
the trip planner use Community places.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete Account.
It takes effect immediately and doesn't need a request to us. This
deletes your account, your Community favorites and any trips you
have shared. People you shared a trip with will lose access to it. The trips, locations and photos on your own device
are not affected.
We read every one. The same inbox above works for these too.
