These terms cover your use of Photinerary and its Community features. By using the app you agree to them, and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which covers the app itself. You'll be asked to accept these terms again before you set up a Community profile.
You sign in with Apple. Keep your device secure, and don't share your account. You need to be at least 13 to use the Community features, or older where your local law requires it.
Photinerary has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In your handle, profile, suggestions, posts and anything else you share, don't:
You can report any profile or post, and block anyone from their profile. Reports go to a person on our team, and we aim to review them within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, clear a handle or profile, or suspend or close an account. Serious or repeated breaches can end your access to the Community for good.
What you create stays yours. When you share something with other people in Photinerary, or suggest a place for the Community catalog, you allow us to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, or to everyone using the catalog once a place is approved. Approved places can stay in the catalog after you delete your account, without your name. Only share what you have the right to share.
Pro is a subscription bought through the App Store, and Apple's terms cover billing, renewal and refunds. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If it lapses, your followers and anything you shared stay, but Pro features stop working until you subscribe again.
Photinerary helps you plan. It can't see conditions on the day. Sun, moon, tide and weather information is calculated or forecast and can be wrong, and places suggested by the app or by other people may be closed, private or dangerous. Check local conditions, tides and access before you go, and use your own judgment. Never look at the Sun, or point a camera at it, without a proper solar filter.
To the extent the law allows, Photinerary is provided as it is, without warranties, and we aren't liable for loss or injury that comes from relying on it.
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its version number. If the change matters for how you take part, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
